Brandon Ascione '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing the game since I was a little kid.  My goal since that day was to work hard, and develop the skills to play at the collegiate level.  I know that playing basketball in college is an opportunity that an individual can achieve once in a lifetime that can be a memory of a lifetime.  

I am a 6'1 Guard in the Class of 2025 at Boiling Springs High School in Pennsylvania. This season I am a starter for my varsity basketball team.   I am a silent leader, who leads by example, to bring out the best in teammates.  I strive to be a hard working player in all aspects of the game.  Along being one of the top scorers, I led the team in rebounds, steals, and second in assists.  I am always trying to improve my game so I listen to all of my coach’s feedback, including criticism with respect and work to eliminate bad habits.  

I work hard year round on my basketball skills, participating in AAU team, and strength training.  In the classroom, I study hard to maintain a weighted GPA of 4.0.  I also challenge myself taking many honors classes.  I also push myself in my favorite subject taking Advance Placement math.  

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and ultimately want to find the right college match with my basketball skillset and develops me professionally building my character and academically. I hope to make my childhood dream a reality and make my parents and family proud.
