James Canady '15 Recruiting Profile

I started basketball at the age of 5 at my local recreation center and ever since I have  aspired  to compete at the highest levels of basketball.  I am very passionate about the game and work hard to maintain a good GPA and basketball skills to achieve my goal at competing at the college level.  I plan to further my education with a major in Business Administration and  a minor in Finance.  I believe in leading by example on and off the court.   I have developed a  good understanding of game of basketball and will do what every  is necessary for me and my team  to succeed at winning.  I play the point/shooting guard position.  I like to handle the ball when under pressure, create and find the big man inside, drive and finish at the basket and shot mid rang shot .  I take pride in defending on every own  because I believe defense make the difference ever game.
