Ethan Butters '27 Recruiting Profile

**AJGA Rolex Rankings: Ranked #1 in state of AZ and #21 worldwide for class of 2027** I started golfing at age 2 and have earned over 75 1st place finishes across U.S. Kids Golf (USKG), JGAA, and Notah Begay tournaments. Notable wins include a 3rd place finish at the AJGA Ping An Bank Junior All-Star tournament, a 3rd place finish at the USKG World Championship, a 2nd place finish at the USKG European Championship, 2-time USKG Arizona State champion, and 9 USKG Player of the Year awards. Per Junior Golf Scoreboard rankings, I am currently ranked 21st worldwide (Rolex rankings) for the class of 2027 and 1st in the state of Arizona (JGS and Rolex rankings). I am passionate about my growth in golf but I am a multi-sport athlete who plays volleyball for Aspire Volleyball Club in Tempe, AZ. I am the starting Libero and All-Tournament award recipient and our Boys Aspire 14U team is ranked #7 in the nation (AES power rankings). No matter how busy it gets with sports and life, academics will always be a priority and I have maintained a 4.67 GPA after my first semester as a freshman at Perry High School (Gilbert, AZ). My goal as a golfer is to play in a Division I, top ranked college, and to make it as a professional on the PGA tour.
