  • I got 8th in a pretty stacked field with multiple d1 prospects but definitely could have done better. my putting was very disappointing this weekend compared to my ball striking which was the best it’s ever been. It was cold and windy in chicago and the greens were aerated making putting hard but i still should have done better. i shot 78 the first day, I was +3 going thru 14 and ended up going double, bogey, bogey, this really knocked off my momentum but i gathered myself and brought it back to birdie the last hole. The second day I ended up shooting +8 80. I’m not to happy about these results but bad rounds happen and I will use this to prepare for my future big tournaments.
  • Camp/Event
  • Chicago Fall Junior Open presented by GoGoGo Sport
  • 10/14/23 to 10/15/23
  • I won my first HJGT tournament this week. It was a battle, the conditions were very intense with high winds with gusts up to 30 miles an hour and rainy all day long making it feel very cold outside. And on top of the bad conditions we were playing on aerated greens. I knew the conditions would be bad going into the event and in a way that made me more excited to play because I know that I won’t give up and I play good in bad conditions. I shot 80 (+8) the first day I started out with a double bogey but kept a sold pace the whole round and made sure that I didnt blow up and take myself out of the tournament. On the second day the conditions were better there was no rain but still windy and cold and I started my round one shot back and ended up winning by 3 with a score of 79. Two pretty high scoring rounds but the goal going into the tournament was to win and I did what it took to make that happen so I am happy with the results.
  • Camp/Event
  • Milwaukee Season Finale
  • 10/07/23 to 10/08/23
  • I placed Third for the second week in a row. I shot +6 78 on the first day. got off to a slow start but still put together a decent round. on the second day I went in with a plan on how I can navigate the course to play to my advantages. I hit different clubs off of some tee boxes so i wasn’t left with awkward yardages. this was a big factor for me getting 6 birdies this round! I shot -1 71 with a clutch chip in on 16 out of a bunker to move me to third place. my two day tournament score was 149.
  • Camp/Event
  • Upper Midwest Shootout

  • On the first day I shot Even on the front (36) and +2 (38) for a total of 74. On the second day i started the first hole with a double due to hitting my tee shot OB. I shot +4 (40) on the front, and +1 (37) on the front for a total of +5 (77) and a two day total of 151 to take 3rd in a pretty good field.

  • Par 72 - 6714 yards. I placed 3rd with a two day score of 156. The first day I played some of my best golf and shot a 73.I had an amazing birdie birdie start that really helped the round gain momentum. I had no three puts and hit 11 greens in regulation. the second round I played pretty poorly (83). I recognize that bad days happen and this was just one of them. one factor of my performance wasdue to unnecessary penalty strokes I had 3 balls that ended up in hazards and one out of bounds. I have learned from my mistakes and my coach and I are working on my course management to try and prevent silly mistakes that cost me strokes in future tournaments
  • Camp/Event
  • 75th Annual Krugel
  • 7/08/23 to 7/09/23
  • Really Tough Conditions for one of the biggest tournaments i’ve played in greens were rolling almost at 12 and all the pins were tucked. it was really a grind and the first day I shot 75 (+4). I was 1 of the 3 players under 18 to make the cut to play in the second day. The Second Day I played 27 holes I Shot +5 (41)on the first 9 and +8 (79) on the last 18. I placed 33rd out of 65
