I hope to play college golf at a strong academic institution. My goal is to go to the best college possible and be part of a great golf program.
I am an extremely hard worker and will contribute to the best of my ability for whatever team I am a part of. I started golfing seriously during my freshman year of high school after serious knee injuries excluded me from participating in the sports I had played my entire life: soccer, basketball and baseball. I went from a 12 index to a 3 from the start of my freshman year season to the end. I was the only freshman at RFH on the varsity team and by my sophomore year, I was the best player on the team, shooting the low score at many matches and placing 12th overall at the Tournament of Champions, 4th in my division.
I recently shot a career low, 69 at our local club (Rumson Country Club) during the parent child tournament.
I am now a .8 Index and playing in various Hurricane and NJPGA Tournaments, although I am new to these tournaments. I joined the AJGA and have tried to get into tournaments, but I have not been accepted to any.
I have an extremely hard work ethic. I am often at the golf course for 12 hours a day, arriving to caddy in the morning at 6:30 AM and then staying to play and practice for the remainder of the day. I plan to bring this same dedication and work ethic to college golf.
