Tyre Sullivan '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi I am Tyre J. Sullivan and I am currently a rising Junior at Greenville Technical Charter High School. I will graduate with the class of 2025 with the hope and dreams of playing  golf for the college of my choice; with this being said even though I attend GTCHS I play golf for Hillcrest High School as my current high school does not have a golf team. 

I have been involved in many ways with First Tee Upstate SC, SCJGA, U.S. Kids Golf and Golden Strip Foundation over the past seven years; as a participant, student coach, an advocate and as a fundraiser! My collegiate goals are to be next Game Changer for the game of golf for children of all colors, races and nationalities.  My current goal is get my pilots license to fly commercially through a degree program  and play my favorite sport in hopes to become the next Tiger Wood...lol. This has always been a dream and goal of mine since I was a young kid.

Over the last two years I knew it was time for me step out of my shell so I begin to build more confidence in speaking to groups, doing TV interviews and TV promos, and boy did I surprise myself. I felt like a natural at it and this was just another big step closer to being the professional golfer and pilot that I want to be. With my knowledge of the game, speaking abilities and confidence I really think that I could bring a different dynamic and flare to the team. I think this is what makes me very personable, likeable but most of all coachable. I am always willing to learn more and work hard. My love and passion for the game is truly genuine.
