Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. My goal is to play collegiate hockey In a competitive setting. I‘m coachable, motivated, have integrity and mental toughness and determined to continuously learn.
You may be wondering why I don't have any stats for 2022-2023 season. In August 2022 I was recruited to play for the Des Moines Buccaneers 14U AAA program, as the second goalie. I've always been one to challenge myself and saw it as a new opportunity. However, after just a week of practice and one tournament, the coach decided he wanted to bring in a different goalie. Due to timing of this, I chose a growth mindset and continued to stay on as a practice player. I spent the season working hard at practice, working with a goalie coach, strength training and focusing on mental toughness. I strive to be the best I can be, at anything I do. As the season ended, I focused on summer clinics and camps to continue to improve. In the spring I ran on my high school track team, started a part time job and attended a couple camps.
