Personal Statement

My name is Harris Blackwood; I am part of the class of 2019 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Prep. High School Hagerstown Maryland. I am interested in playing college Hockey at the NCAA D1 or DIII level and learning more about your program.

I currently play wing for the Ashburn Xtreme 18U AA National Bound and Center for the Washington County Northstars High School Hockey teams. Some of my best accomplishments to date are selection to the 2018 NDTP tryout camp, 2017 -18 MSHL State HS Scoring title, All State Team and selection for the MSHL Hall of Fame. Another highlight was making the National Championships with my Xtreme tea.
