Personal Statement
I want to be the best Goalie I can possibly be for my teammates and coaches. I want my teammates to look at me during crunch time and be confident that I will do everything in my power to help us post the W. My goals include winning the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament for Mankato East, playing DI college hockey and winning the National Championship.
My parents have instilled in me the importance of discipline, a strong work ethic and a sound education. Not only do I work hard on my goaltending abilities on and off the ice, but I also work hard in the classroom because I understand the importance of education and the significance it will have on my life.
Another thing I hold in high regard is the importance of strong character and integrity. I’m always willing to help others, and I’m blessed that athletics has provided me a platform to be a role model for others. This is a responsibility that I do not take lightly, as I continue to improve myself each and every day.
