Zethan Feldmann '27 Recruiting Profile

To Whom it may concern,

      I am writing this letter on behalf of Zethan Feldman.  My name is Peter McDonald and I reside in Grand Forks, North Dakota along with my wife and three boys.  My hockey career consisted of high school hockey in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, junior hockey in Vail Colorado, and then college hockey at the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.  Over the past 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to be involved in the Grand Forks Youth Hockey system.  Involvement in the hockey program has given me the opportunity to coach kids across all spectrums through many different phases of their development both athletically and emotionally.  Over these years I have been involved with coaching Zethan a full season at both the Peewee and Bantam level; with the addition of small periods prior to this.  Zethan is a first-class young man; he has always been the type of player who will give 100% every practice and every game.  Zethan is a teammate who leads by example and always treats his teammates with respect.   Zethan's limitation during his younger years was the ability of his mind to keep up with the pace of his feet and desire; as he has matured and his knowledge of the game has increased. Zethan is becoming an extremely well-rounded player.  As with anything in life, the progression of one's hockey game eventually ends due to a lack of desire and passion to play the game.  If you take the opportunity to watch Zethan on the ice, you will quickly realize that he is all about passion and desire.  Zethan is certainly one player you will want to follow along the path of his hockey growth.
