Navy Day 2023 Men...Personal Statement
"So you steer the boat?" is what I often hear for those like me who had no prior experience with rowing. My role as coxswain means so much more than that. For me, its rowing along side of my brothers and sisters, supporting eachother, cheering eachother on and pushing each athlete to be the best that I know they can be. Bringing my positive attitude and genuine nature to the boat while protecting my crew is what has made me a successful coxswain. I look to continue to bring that same passion to my team at the collegiate level.
