I am driven to be the best player i can be improving everyday and becoming pro. I love training everyday and im constantly working on myself to perfect my skills and mental toughness through a bunch of different tools like training, film study, plyometrics, notes, and studying my notes especially always before a game to see how i have improved. I try to always encourage and motivate my teamates by communicating directly with high energy, i drive hard in every play to lead by example, and always make it a point to congratulate every player to keep great sportsmanship with all players. I also love weight training and strength training with plyometrics, compound movements, conditioning, High intensity interval raining, and anything that will help me get the edge i need to push myself to the next level constantly. i watch most things i eat to stay healthy, im always respectful toward others, and always put GOD first. I am very strict about keeping strong grades in all my schoolwork so i can get into a great school. Although i'm not sure what I want to major in, i know it will come to me as i've just become a high school freshman. I am great with numbers and love to debate things and be innovative and creative when i think through things. I hope this helps you learn a little about me, Nico Bologna. Thanks for your time.
