Soccer has been a part of my life since I was 4 years old. After relocating from Connecticut to Virginia, I started playing on one of the local town teams. After a few years my parents moved me to a developmental league to further develop my game. At age 10 I moved back to Connecticut where I started playing for my current premier team and started the ODP program.
My goal to play soccer at the college level is as much to extend my passion for soccer as it is to ensure my continued development in a structured academic environment.
As a student-athlete, I value the discipline of structured academics as well as the opportunities for continued growth on and off the soccer field. Playing competitive soccer in college is a privilege that comes with hard work, discipline and commitment. Employing these attributes will allow me to further develop my knowledge, skills and abilities. Combining these elements will contribute to the success of my school and teammates while achieving my goals academically and athletically.
As I continue my high school career, I expect to hold my academic performance to the same high standard of my athletic contributions as an individual and teammate. I will remain coachable and approachable while improving my skills and capacity for making every opportunity a win-win.
