Personal Statement
My name is Yahia Abdelkarim,
I am a focused and relentless student athlete who is striving to become a better version of my self everyday. I have been playing the beautiful sport of soccer for as long as i can remember. Ever since i started playing i have dreamed of playing at the professional level and i believe college soccer is a great way to develop further as a player and academically while having a very strong contribution to the team. I am described as a standout player by coaches because of my offensive and defensive versatility, speed, passes and the impact i have on the game. I am a person who gives their all everyday no matter what and not only on the field but in the classroom. I am on the constant quest to become better than i was yesterday and i hope this statement reflects to you my relentless mentality and character that i bring to the soccer program.
