Greetings Coaches! 

My name is Ryvin Del Pilar. I’m a freshman at East Leyden High School. 

I started playing soccer at the age of 6 in our Thunder Soccer Park District then joined the Jahbat F.C. Club Team at the age of 10. My motto in life is “Be a better version of myself today than yesterday” and that goes not just in soccer but as I journey in my everyday life. I believe that I can and will do this because I’m surrounded with a loving & supportive family and good-hearted & diverse mix of friends. 

I teach myself to work hard and push myself no matter what. Doing this helps me stay determined, it helps me persevere, and it helps show my passion and love for the game. I love competition and I am very competitive when it comes to soccer. I will do whatever it takes to help my team win, and I will give my all in every game. I want to always work my hardest to reach my goals, and sky past my limits to play elite collegiate soccer and play professionally
