Joshua Settle '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Settle and  I am a goalkeeper that will graduate from Christian County High school in 2023. I’ve played for Valor United, a club team out of Hopkinsville Ky, for 2 years. I’ve also played indoor soccer for 4 years and have been a Varsity starter since Freshman year.  I won all district as a Sophmore ,  something I was very proud of and MVP of my team as a Junior as well as the best goalie stats in the region that year. My strengths include great leadership skills and technical skills on the field, coachability, determination, and a winning attitude. I feel I can be an asset to any team as I’m willing to work hard and always give 100% when I take the field. My freshman year my saves percentage was 62%, sophmore year it was 79%, and this year I made 141 saves in 16 games for an average of 71%.
