I am from a small town and attend a small school, so I always have taken every opportunity to play. At the age of 12, I started varsity and began playing pickup soccer; at the age of 14, I started driving to another state to play travel at a more competitive level. Although I do spend most of my time with soccer, I also pride myself on my grades: from August to December, I raised my ACT score from 23 to 30. Part of the reason I work hard to improve myself is because of my best friend and brother, Johnny, who was a national champion with Belhaven University and later played professionally. We have always bonded over soccer, so I am looking for a college that will push me to be better than he ever was!
