Personal Statement

Hi, I'm Caden Mitchell and I've been playing soccer for 15 years now, right up to my senior year. I've played recreational for around four years in Kentucky and then played select for Commonwealth Soccer Club in Kentucky also. In 2011, I moved to Mississippi and started playing for Tupelo Futbol Club which is now known as North Mississippi Soccer Academy. I'm very interested in pursuing my dream of playing college soccer and if possible, through hard work and dedication, taking my aspirations and work ethics to the next level and playing professionally. I strive to achieve any goal that is presented in front of me and am always looking to improve. With a GPA of 3.7 going into my senior year of high school, and starting on my club and high school team that just won our 5A State Championship that I started and scored in! I am planning on graduating with honors. I take pride in achieving excellence in everything I do. During my time at college I plan on getting my masters degree and majoring in the field of chemical engineering because I enjoy challenging myself and love working with others to create and finish a common goal.
