highlights Fall 2...Personal Statement
Being selected to attend the PSG Academy Pro, in France in 2019 at the age of 14 was a dream come true for me. My year in France training and playing for the PSG Academy and Thonon Evian U16 teams has not only made me a better footballer but also has transformed me from a boy to a man. Balancing academics with six-plus hours of soccer daily forces you to become more disciplined than the average high school athlete. Living in a foreign country, training with coaches who speak a different language, and integrating with a team of elite athletes from around the globe teaches patience, the art of compromise, sacrifice, and perseverance. Teamwork at the highest level is essential.
During the 2022 high school season I was selected to the NJ All-County, Conference, and State teams. I now play for NJ PDA MLSNext/ECNL U19 as an attacking midfielder.
I believe I not only have the talent to make an impact on a college team but the drive, commitment, mental toughness, and experience to integrate into any system. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to meet you someday soon.
