Hello, my name is Lucas Castro I am a man from North Carolina but was raised by Brazilian parents. I am a first-generation born America. I have been playing soccer since I was able to walk and have loved it ever since I first kicked a soccer ball. My whole family is from Brazil, so soccer is in my blood. Their passion for the game is much different than any other country. My passion for soccer is unmatched, and when you see me play you will be able to see my passion. I work hard in school and on the field, and I will always find a way to improve whatever I am working on in the classroom or the area. Once I got into middle school I realized that playing soccer in college was possible and it has been my dream since then. Whenever I go to college soccer games it really impresses me with how the atmosphere is at the game, that is one of the reasons why I want to play college soccer is the atmosphere there. Another reason why I want to play college soccer is that there will be a lot of great challenge for me, and with those challenges it will better prepare me for the life thats ahead of me.
