I believed I had what it takes to play soccer at a higher level, so much so that going into my freshman year of high school I made the decision to change schools to a school that offered high school soccer. This was a hard decision as I had to leave my friends that I started kindergarten with and my twin sister behind. As it turns out this was the greatest decision I have made. My success both on the field and in the classroom has given me many opportunities that I would have not had otherwise. I made the high school varsity team as a freshman and have been named team captain for the upcoming high school season. I have also had success with Dakota ODP and was nominated by the ODP coaches to attend the Midwest Regional ODP Team tryouts. I am now looking for an opportunity to continue on and play college soccer. I believe my grades, soccer skills, physical attributes, and personality would be a great fit for any college soccer team. I currently have a 3.8 GPA so I believe I can fit in well in the classroom environment, at 6'3" and 185lbs I believe I can measure up to players at the college level, and I enjoy the physical aspects of playing a defender position. Give me a chance, and you will not be disappointed.
