My name is Emerson Ries, I’m a 2026 center back and outside back.
My passion for soccer started at a young age and has continued to develop as I grow as a player. I would like to continue through college because I’ve always loved the competitiveness of playing at a high level, and how it pushes me to bring my best self mentally and physically.
My athletic strength is shown through my size and speed. Another valuable trait is my ability to keep my teams spirits up to stay focused and motivated, even in times where we are struggling. I’m also attentive and willing to listen to coach’s and other players for tips and suggestions for ways to improve.
