2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Aidan McCay, a class of '24 center midfielder (attacking or defending). I have position flexibility as well, as I have played every other position on the field at the varsity level. As a Junior three year letterman at Armstrong High School, I have started the majority of my games in those three years.
My personal mission on the field is to never give up until the final whistle and to be a major annoyance to the other team. I also "mix it up" when it comes to being aggressive. I try to impart these lessons onto my fellow teammates and provide encouragement as a leader on the field. I am able to work with players from other teams, which means I have to leave the grudges on the field where they were first made. I cannot wait to have an opportunity to take my passion for the game to your college.
