Cheickna Toure '18 Recruiting Profile

    Ever since I was 8, I have always had a love for soccer. My role model has always been Ronaldo. I admire him for his hard work, and the way he pushes himself towards his goals.  I started playing soccer when I was 15 on a Division 3 team in Belgium. I am originally from Mali and have had the opportunity of traveling to different places because of my father's employment in the Embassy of Mali.  I played defensive midfield on a CCL League 1 and represented them on the field as their captain. Abilities I excel at on the are field- vision, tactical awareness, decision making, striking, and ball distribution skills. I am a great team player and can navigate through any challenge on the field. My plans for after high school is to commit to a collegiate soccer team and play soccer professionally. I also would like to study Business and Marketing in school.
