From a very young age I started playing soccer for our local club team, Central Virginia United(CVU). My dad and older brother were always pushing me to work harder and get better. As I grew with the sport I have always been on the premier team for my age group. This summer I was selected to go travel abroad to Denmark with the Club Champions League(CCL).
My style of play is very possessive, I strive to keep the ball with my team and work throughout the mid field to find a through ball and open shot. I play center midfield and wing(I can play on either side). I am a hard worker, very strong and athletic. When on the field I communicate and I am loud. I consider my shot very lethal and strong and I can also play pin point crosses in or a through ball to a teammate. One of my strong suits includes being able to finish and use both feet on the field even though I am dominantly right footed.
For my first year of high school ball I played on jv starting every game in the mid field and playing mostly the whole game. For my club team I most typically play on the wing and also start and play most of the game. I haven't really had any serious injuries in my career and I stay pretty healthy and in shape. As I enjoy going to the gym working out and staying in shape I am decently strong for a 15 year old. Even though I enjoy lifting and working out I am still able to be agile and have high endurance in a game and run out most players.
Before covid really hit my father was diagnosed with a late stage 4 colon cancer. My life really changed after that causing many weird things to happen especially with covid. In august of 2021 my father sadly lost his life to colon cancer. It really devastated our family and it was a lot to handle. As school started and sports were back in season I really took it out on the field. I used it as my motivation on the field and in the weight room. I believe that with my motivation and self discipline I could truly be an asset on the field at the college level especially as I gain more and more experience.
