I've been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. It's been a huge part of my life for over a decade now. I play both Attacking and Defensive Midfielder for my high school and club teams and have experience playing Wing and Striker as well.
I think my awareness on the field is a strength of mine. I'm always scanning to see where the space is and where my teammates are positioned. This helps me get into good spots to receive passes and keep possession flowing. I try to make the simple play but can also switch the ball across the field when needed. Defensively, I pride myself on winning back possession for the team. I know when to get tight on opponents and when to hold my position. I have a pretty good sense of timing for going in for tackles. I just try to keep it clean and not give away fouls in dangerous areas.
I'm comfortable playing defensive and easily getting involved in the attack. I've played different positions before, so I know how to link up and combine around the box. I'm also fine doing the little things that help the team, like making runs to pull defenders out of position.
My goal is to play College Soccer while pursuing a technical degree. I believe that my love for the sport, coupled with my academic interests in Finances, Engineering and Computer Technology, will provide a unique blend of experiences and opportunities in college. I look forward to connecting with college coaches who value both athletic and academic potentials. I am excited to see how I stack up against other potential recruits and eager to find my best college opportunities.
