Personal Statement
I am a highly dedicated swimmer who has only been swimming year-around since the summer of 2016. I am a very outgoing person and an avid competitor. School is also a high priority on top of athletics. I have a large amount of untapped potential and am just looking for a school that can further my mental and physical growth as a student and a swimmer.

- I have had a passion for swimming ever since I touched the pool at the age of 4 going on 5. I started off on the Knox County Krocs Swim Team. From the start I always wanted to be the fastest in the water and on my team. I began swimming USA level swimming at the age of 11. There are no USA teams within an hour of my town so for a time I swam unattached in the summers swimming mostly on my own or at the Lake Bracken Country Club rec team. Then, in the summer of 2016 I joined the Rock Island ORCAS swim team out of Rock Island, IL. This would begin the first year around focus on swimming, showing great improvements to come within the next year after that.
