Personal Statement

I am part of a military family so I have moved to different parts of the world and have gathered different experiences. One of the main things I have learned is to adapt to my surroundings and make the best of what I’ve got, which I believe to be a great skill not only for swimming but also for life. In addition, I am also a diligent student-athlete, I know how to balance my time between taking multiple AP and honors classes, with my busy swimming schedule.

I started swimming when I was six. Since then I have competed at the Youth German Nationals (Deutsche Jugend Schwimmen Meisterschaften) in 2016 and 2017 in Berlin where I placed 4th, the Florida 4A State Championships in 2018 and 2019, the NCSA Spring Junior National Championships, the Florida Speedo Sectionals Champions Series, and the Futures Championships in Greensboro in 2019.
