My goals and aspirations are very high. I always wanted to embrace only the best qualities, and step by step become a better person and athlete. I was born and spent almost my whole life in Kraków, Poland. That's where I went to school and trained swimming. Together with my parents we decided to mke a brave, and to some degree risky move of going to the United States, to study and swim at Baylor for my senior year in High School. I knew that Baylor is a top class High School, and that a move here will impact my future positively. As it comes to swimming, I started training at a relatively old age; 13. Before I was playing soccer, skiing and doing many other sports. My coach and myself quickly noticed that I have big potential for swimming. In 2015 I became a Polish Junior Champion in the 100m IM, and was able to win medals in other events that and the next year. Unfortunetly the second half of 2016, and first half of 2017 were not a very successful period of time for me, as I switched swim clubs, and didn't make much progress. That's what prompted me to move to Baylor, and train under Coach Flack. I trust Coach a lot, and we're getting along very well. So far everything is looking good, and I hope to make significant progress in December and February, when the most important meets come up.
