I have always been a competitive person seeing how far I can go with rowing. I started rowing in middle school at Atomic Rowing located in Oak Ridge, TN during one of the only camps to open during Covid. I loved learning the technical parts of rowing, and I was able to attend another week. From then on, I was locked into the sport as I was accepted to Baylor School in Chattanooga. I was excited to be there because I knew the school had a crew team. I have continued to row in high school becoming a leader as I encourage others to meet their potential as well as pushing myself to reach personal goals. I push myself to be the best I can be, and I encourage other to reach potential as well.
I would like to move into college continuing to row at the collegiate level. I would like to be at the college that offers an aviation, aerospace program, or engineering program and continue to study and increase my skills in Mandarin Chinese.
