Hello! Thanks for stopping by. I want to take a moment and introduce myself, my name is Jeremiah Tarzwell, I appreciate you taking the time reading a little about me.
Im a 16 year old junior attending Heritage High School in Littleton Colorado. In my spare time I fish, hunt and camp with my family. I am also apart of Arapahoe Search and Rescue, the only youth search & rescue in the nation. I have gained lot of good training and experiences being apart of this organization. Trainings range from wilderness training, Alpine training, Survival training, Avalanche training, Emergency Medical Response training (EMR B, EMR A).
My passion for competition drives the love I have for sports. Currently, I run track and play football for Heritage. My freshman year running track, it was in the first 2 weeks of scrimmages against other schools and practices, I became the only freshman to make the mens varsity track team. I ran against juniors and seniors in the 100m, 200m, and 4x1 placing in the top 3 in each event.
Last fall, I played football on the freshman team most of our games were against JV and Varsity players. The positions I play are wide receiver, cornerback, and punter. As a wide receiver my ability to catch the football is above average and makes me one of the top possession receivers. My speed is unmatched (my best 40 times are 4.7 & 4.6) which makes me a top deep threat receiver. How I became the punter was simply by happen stance, we were cleaning up after practice and I picked up the football and punted it from the back of the end zone to the 40 yard line. It just so happen that my coach saw and from then on I was the punter for my freshman season.
My goal is to get a good education while playing the sports I love and being an impactful addition to the team, teammates and coaching staff. I sincerely hope the qualities I bring to the table; Coachable, team player, respect, leadership, strength, consistent, hard work and humility will be an asset to the future success of the team and schools reputation.
If you've made it this far I truly want to thank you for taking the time to read through my personal statement and profile as a possible addition to your fine athletic program and institution. I look forward to being in touch with you soon.
