Growing up in a religious home has played a large role in the person I am today and my parents pushing me to get better and constantly working with me has also made me the person I am today. They have taught me that but,you have to earn your spot and nothing is going to be given to you if you don't work for it and this has made me the person I am on and off the field. My passion for softball started to develop the day my mom asked 5 year old me if i wanted to play softball and ever since my first practice and game I have loved it. Softball has taught me a lot including things like, leadership, teamwork, determination, and patience.
From now on during my high school academics I would like to maintain a 3.5 and above GPA. For college I am looking for a school that not only has a good athletic program but also a good academic program where I can grow academically. For athletics I want a school that will challenge me and push me to become a better player and also a better person. in 2015 I had a hip injury that I ignored for awhile until my freshman year of high school. I was not able to ignore it, so I went to the doctor and had to go to physical therapy for 5 months and take a break from catching. I had to touch up on my skills after not catching from October through March 2018. It was a challenge for me to get back into it, but after lots of working I am back and my hip is healed. This injury taught me about determination and that I have to be willing to fight and work if I wanted to get back to playing and doing what I love. My love for the game is immense and unlike anyone else and I believe that my love for the game, determination, and skills make me the right choice for your team and make it possible for me to play at the collegiate level
