My name is Donovin Moran. I am a senior at Hanover Central High School in Northwest Indiana. I am a dual-sport athlete, playing soccer and running track. My primary sport is track and my primary event is the 300m Hurdles. I am constantly training and working towards being a better runner and always push myself to obtain better times.
Apart from sports, I also push myself in my school and the school community. I am currently the Secretary of Attendance and Bylaws for my school's student council program. This role requires not only my time but I also have to be willing to work, be able to delegate tasks onto others, and most importantly, inspire others to want to have a more active role in the program. I have also joined the Math Academic Team this year and look forward to being a part of my school's academic extracurricular activities. My preferred major in college is engineering but I am also open-minded about a field involving computers and digital design. My main goal is to become an officer in the United States Navy. I would be very interested in programs that would put me on the right path for reaching that goal.
I manage to maintain a 3.47 GPA while balancing all these extracurricular activities and working roughly 20 hours a week. I look forward to hearing from any coach that is interested in me and I thank you in advance for considering me to be a part of your program.
