Everyday I wake up and feel actively excited at the idea of getting better in any way I can in school or on the track. The thing that drives me is the sense that I can always improve upon something. I have never had a throw where I thought, "That is the best I can possibly throw." I have come this far without any formal throws coaching and I am very proud of what I've accomplished. Despite this, I still lie awake at night wondering what I can do to throw even farther than I did the day before.
