Personal Statement
Hello, I am Jarrett Gandy and I am a varsity cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track runner. As a freshman, I was the number 3 varsity runner on the Washington County AA Championship team of 2015. Throughout the course of indoor and outdoor track from freshman to junior,I have brought my 400m dash time down from 1:04 to 52.39 and I continue to show improvement as the season goes on. I have shown that I can balance athletic and academic success by being enrolled in various AP courses. My coaches know me for my good spirit, giving 110% effort each and every day, and my ability to succeed in various sprinting and distance events.
