My goals as a collegiate athlete is to become the best runner I can and to learn everything my coaches and fellow athletes have to offer. I believe a great athlete not only does well in their sport but is also a positive role model and wants others to succeed as well. As team captain, my team mates have seen how hard I train which made them put more effort into their own training and my coaches saw me as a great help. When it comes to sports and academics I am straight to the point, intolerable of nonsense, and get the job done. I truly enjoy the challenge and discipline of athletics and would love to continue it through college.
