In middle school, I found discus as a fun thing that I and my father could do together(being that he threw in high school). As I started to throw more and more my love for discus grew too, as a freshman I threw 116ft and as a sophomore, I threw 137ft. My aspirations for this year are to throw 150 and for senior year throw 170. The 3 things that separate me from other athletes are my coachability, my work ethic, and my academics. With me, it's always no sir and yes sir, no questions asked I’ll do it. My work ethic in many aspects of my life has helped me tremendously, if I know I can be doing better, in anything really like school, track, or mowing the lawn, I will drive myself crazy until I get better. My academics hold great importance to me, and I balance school work and track. My GPA on a 4.0 scale is 3.906 proving my ability to balance the athletic and academic sides of my life. I know I can be a huge asset to any track team.
