Grant Holve '16 Recruiting Profile

I began playing volleyball for a local club during the summer transitioning into my freshmen year of high school. I quickly fell in love with the sport.   After playing in a summer tournament at a club called Coast (formerly Shorebreak), I soon found that I not only loved volleyball, but i had a passion for it.  Coast was the best club team at the tournament, and I wanted to play competitively, so I signed up for fall tryouts and made the 15-1s team there my freshmen year. That year I realized I wanted to pursue volleyball as an option in college.  I began to rapidly improve my skills as I strived to get better. Now, I still plan to play volleyball in college as well as puruse an education majoring in aviation sciences.
