Delaney Fitzpatrick-Hill '25 Recruiting Profile

As much as I would like to say my athleticism, skill, speed and consistency are my biggest differentiators and sets me apart from other players, I can't. What I believe sets me apart is my ability to connect, bring people together and be the heartbeat of a team. I believe that one of a teams more critical strengths is to gel as a team and find that balance of trust, respect, and a shared common goal. I have had coaches in the past that specifically brought me into the team because they saw my ability to fill a gap where that connection was not where it needed to be to get the team firing on all levels. 

You can have a team of great individual players but if they can't find that connection it can be a blocker of their success. I consider myself a very skilled player, a hard worker, committed, competitive and a technician; but most importantly I help to build a team dynamic that creates the right vibe on the court.
