Hello my name is Daniel Garfias and I currently a Junior in Highschool. I am a first generation Latino in the United States, and I am very connected to my culture and roots. Family for me is always first. I’ve been playing volleyball since my freshman year of highschool and have fallen in love with the sport since. I aspire to get better everyday by not only practicing but watching others play and putting in the work outside of the court. I am a straight A student that is taking various AP and accelerated courses. I put forth the same effort in my academics as I do in volleyball and try to have a positive mindset.
