Kristaps Andersons '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball for a while now and I'm ready to take my skills to the next level. I am very passionate about the sport, and I have been for a good portion of my life. Being Latvian has also helped me surround myself with volleyball in every way. Whether that's playing at my summer camp, competing with my Latvian friends, or playing in beach tournaments. I truly love to compete and I'm ready embrace the full college volleyball experience.

I played Libero for a year helping improve my defensive skills before switching to outside after I grew. Im continuously growing and improving my game. This season I have solidified my serve receive, enhanced my defense, and the hitting aspect of my game is only beginning to reach its full potential. Over the past years I've gained significant advancements and I hope to keep growing as a player. On the court I am a stable player especially in my serve receive skills and attacking skills.

I'm only starting to reach my peak as a player, and I will put in the work to maximize my potential in volleyball.
