Personal Statement

Final Evaluation

Julian Walker 5’9” 195 lbs RB

Evaluator 1

Tier 4 (Polished)- Instantly Impacts The Game (Playmaker), High IQ (For Position), Arsenal Of Moves (Unpredictable), Elite Tangibles, Standouts in Physical Attributes, Very Consistent, Hustles Every Play, (Maturity Level for QB Mainly)

I have watched Julian before. He is Tier 4 Very good vision and feet. Camp times this summer will have a lot to do with who offers.

Evaluator 2

Julian Walker Tier 4. Innate ability as a runner. Great patience, great feet, great vision, and elusive. Would love to see him put some blocking on film to show he’s complete. Reminds me of Dion Lewis, former running back at Pitt

Evaluator 3

Tier 4 for Julian Walker

Pros

⁃Great Feet

⁃Great 1st level vision and 3rd level vision

⁃Good intangibles

⁃Runs Hard

⁃Great Top End Speed

Cons

⁃Can show more intangibles like stiff arms, spins, and etc

⁃Finishing more plays (Touchdowns)

⁃2nd level vision could be better

⁃Can pack on more muscle

Verdict

My cons are a bit harsh but I can see this guy doing big things and at the 2A High School level I just want to see a bit more. Love his game. Camps are his goal for the summer and getting hisself uncomfortable in his training, doing things he isn’t sure about to widen his arsenal.

Evaluator 4

Julian Walker Tier 4 ⭐️

Pros:

- Advanced Runner as a whole

- Great Vision

- Great Footwork

- Very elusive and has excellent instinct

- Breakaway speed is tremendous

- tough tackle

- Dual-threat with catching ability

- Overall Measurables

- Breaks first tackle just about every time

Cons:

- Does not need an arsenal of moves right now, but it would be good to start to develop a variety of moves - spin, jump cut, stiff arm, hesitation, double moves (to prepare for the future).

- could have some more blocking film to show your ability to be a well-rounded running back

Verdict: 100% Tier 4 running back - shows all the intangibles to play at the Power 5 level. Hard runner and shows grit and determination on the field. Make an immediate impact at the Group of 5 Conferences (SBC, AAC, MWC, MAC, C-USA) may find a red shirt year at Higher Power 5 (Elite 3; ACC, SEC, B10)  team but could see time and be a significant contributor to most Power 5 team

Evaluator 5

⭐️Julian Walker 5’10” 195 RB

Cons

⁃Would like to see him utilization the stiff arm and also adding more to his arsenal of moves (Jump Cut, Double Move in Open field, Spin when necessary) will benefit him at the Collegiate Level.

⁃ Worried/Concerned about him being a 2 Way Player at his High School. Maybe Limit your time of Defense in your Senior Season. At your Talent level focusing Solely on RB is ideal.

Pros

⁃Superb Lateral Quickness

⁃Incredible Yards after Contact (High percent of breaking first tackle attempts)

⁃Elite Ability to catch the ball out the backfield (will be a huge upside at Collegiate level)

⁃Premier Speed (4.49) When in Open field will have massive gains and even Touchdowns.

⁃Reminds me of Thomas More University RB Domonique Hayden (In Comparison of Physical Build and Breaking Tackles Ability)

Ideal Division: Without a Doubt, Julian is a a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) Talent, and will receive Very Early Playing Time at Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), packing on muscle (10-15 lbs) and retaining his premier speed (4.49) will be a Weapon for offenses and Nightmare for defenses to prepare for. Adding additional moves to his arsenal will also elevate his level of play
