I am a 2024 high school graduate from Cold Lake High School. I have been playing ball for 13 years and am committed to the U19 A Lacombe Selects team. My goal is to play college or university level softball after high school. I am looking for a school that will not only support me on the field, but also academically, as I am interested in taking my Bachelors of Science. I have a huge drive and commitment to softball; I drive four hours, one way, weekly for practices. When not in practice, I work with a personal trainer and run drills in my garage and back yard. I am willing to take corrections, learn from my coaches and teammates, and put those corrections into play. My academics are also very important to me. I understand that, while playing high level sports, I also need to maintain my grades. Part of the role of being a student-athlete is to put the same dedication that goes into softball, into school.
