Savanna Gumowski '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Savanna Gumowski, class of 2025 at Valley Vista High School, and I live in El Mirage, Arizona. I've been playing softball for about 9 years now, but ever since I was 10 years old, being so passionate about this sport made my number one goal/dream in life to be a collegiate softball player. As of right now, I’m interested in pursuing a degree in social and behavioral sciences or education and teaching. In high school, I'm a member of AVID, and was a member of HOSA; (I’ve been in NJHS in middle school I have a GPA of 3.9). I had the honor of playing Varsity in my first and second year and got awards such as second-team all-district and 2 honorable mention all-region from AIA. I'm also a starting outfielder for my travel club team Inferno. Being on a team and building relationships with the girls feels very special to me. Just these seasons alone have given me more drive to continue playing softball in college someday. I’m looking forward to working hard on improving my skills and overall fitness during these next couple of years.
