Personal Statement
One of my biggest pet peeves is someone who has the potential to be great but doesn’t have the work ethic to be great. Saying that makes me who I am. I push myself to become better than I was yesterday. I’m always willing to learn something brand new and master it. That is why I want to open up my own sports clinic where I can teach athletes of any kind what it means to love a sport and even though it’s going to be hard they have to keep pushing to be able to make it someday, because life doesn’t just hand you the right cards, you have to work for the right ones. This goal is a dream that I have had for several years now and I’m working everyday to make this dream my reality. I’m the girl that even if I sit the bench you don’t see me complaining or crying over it. I’m still in that game cheering my teammates on and picking them up when they get down. I’m a strong believer in the saying “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. I try to look on the bright side of every situation no matter how bad it is.
