I started playing softball when I was four. I tried many other sports, but none of them stood out to me like softball did. There are many things I have learned about myself from my sport, but mainly how to be a leader. I am a pitcher, so it is kind of my job to be a leader whether it be starting cheers, drills, or just helping a teammate out. Outside of softball I do BSA Scouts and I’m on my way to my Eagle Scout. I am one of the older Scouts in my troop, so all the younger Scouts come to me for help. This also helps me develop my leadership skills.
