Hi! My name is Madison Mercer. I am a 6'2" 2016 RHP. My dream is to play college softball. I have been playing softball for over nine years and fell in love with the sport very quickly. I love the competition and I am always looking to improve my game. I have a strong passion for the game of softball and I am confident that I can compete at any level. Overall, I believe I am a well rounded athlete, student, and person.
I play for Westmont High School and the San Jose Lady Sharks. I play year round and I have been doing so for the past five years. During that time I have always worked with a pitching coach. I've always been a strong hitter.
I plan to continue my academic and softball career at the collegiate level. I have three main goals that I am focusing on. One, receiving a Degree in Business, Two, playing softball at a four year college. Three, pushing myself to be the best that I can be everyday. I believe that I will achieve these goals and I am willing to do anything I can to make them happen. I think that my competitiveness and my determination are my biggest assets, and will help me reach my goals.
I am flexible on where I attend college. Ideally, I will end up at a school where I can get a good education and be a part of a strong, dedicated softball program.
