I want to start off by saying my name is Sherie Ann Martinez and I'm a Varsity Softball player. Im currently a junior in high school and I'm ready to start the process of finding colleges that suit me and my potential. I look for a college that is known for students succeeding, educational benefits, and what the college would have to offer for my degree. My goal after high school is to right away enroll in a college that is close to home and complete A degree. My goal for college is to become smarter, stronger, and more prepared then I was before to take on the world. My passion is to become an elementary school teacher.. So i want to definitely major in multi subject. I want to achieve my goals and show others that have looked down on me that i can do whatever i put my mind to.
What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I'm very well driven. I push myself harder to be better, I listen to advice that is given to me and i take everything in and i process it. I want to be able to help bring in progress for my team such as making it to championships, or simply as getting runs in. Its always been a goal of mine to go to college because no one in my family was able to do so. To play on a college team too? Thats something I could have never of dreamed better. I want to be able to feel as if my team is family. I want to also bring happiness and positivity and i want to be able to be the best player i can possibly be.
As another character that you are viewing, I'm academically, athletically, and mentally strong. I know in this world that not two people are the same. I consider myself as someone who stands out a lot. Someone who learns more by listening then speaking and responding. I love to hear and look at people and what they have to say. I love watching other people and learn from them. Athletically, i want to learn more and become better than i was before. Picking or learning something new from a fellow teammate or coach is always helpful. To help others and to be helped is what makes me who i am today.
-Thank you.
