Personal Statement

My name is Alyssa Flindt although most don't know me by my real name. ¨Peanut¨ is my nickname that I´ve been used to hearing on and off the field, in the classroom, and amongst my family and friends. I've been playing sports since I was 5 years old. I have always been very athletic, fiercely competitive, and always willing to accept physical challenges.I played soccer and softball and decided my passion was for softball. I've been in travel ball since I was 9 years old. Playing for one of the top teams I´ve had the experience of playing against the best of the best. Some may be intimidated to play against the best but for me, that's the best challenge. This game has taught me so many lessons on and off the field. It has helped me become more disciplined, accountable, and responsible. It has helped me set boundaries and has taught me to never give up. As they say, hard work pays off, yes it does and that's why I always accept a good challenge. There's always something to work on! I live and breathe for this game and I hope to continue my journey and go on to play at the highest level.

Embrace the Challenge!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
