Erin Kerby '18 Recruiting Profile

In college, I'm hoping that I will be able to receive a sciece-based education that will help me propel myself into eventually earning my Doctorate.  I also am looking for a college that puts a focus on, not only school, but sports as well.  I want to join a team that is aggresive in the game and wants to win.  I am someone who has dreamed of playing in college since I played T-ball with the boys.  I am extremely dedicated and if there is something I want to achieve, I am absolutely going to do everything in my power to achieve that goal.  I've always believed that because this game is so wonderful, you should play it as if it is a privilege and that is one of the reason why I love to play.  I am also someone who hates losing more than I like winning.  I have the drive to win not only on the field but in the classroom as well.  I received a 4.0 my freshman year with two honors classes.  My grades never dropped below an A at all for both semesters, even though I got sick with mono for 2 months.  I am a very competitive and driven person and these traits help me try to be the best in academics and athletics.  I am a student-athlete that can offer college programs my dedication, hard-work and strong love for the game.
